I don't really know that it needs to be said how long it's been since I did a blog post. *cough* I'm just going to get started again, not picking up where we left off, exactly, but getting back to the routine.
We said goodbye to Sherman in early December. I tried to come up with a proper memorial post but it never clicked, not for lack of content or desire, but I guess the bottom line is that the grief process is complicated. A long, wonderful chapter of my life ended and I had a very hard time coming to grips with the reality of that. Part of me didn't want to blog about anything because, well, that was what I used to do when The Boswell House was me, Dylan, Fifi, Sherman, Chelsea and the kitties. But life, as one might expect, goes on. I miss the blog. We're still here, theme partying, anime-ing and animal-ing. It's just a little different now. That said, I've revamped the look a little, and I'm ready to update again soon. How frequently it will occur I can't make any real promises about, but I hope to be back at regular capacity soon.
